Photographing animals is my way of fostering the love and respect they deserve.  My hope is that my images can somehow inspire the desire to protect and conserve our earth's creatures and the ecosystems we share.

As an animal lover, I am a strong supporter of wildlife and pet rescue.   I serve as a transporter for wildlife to local rehabilitation centers and I am training for bat rehabilitation.  I also help Let Them be Little Feline Rescue by donating my photography services to help their kittens be seen and get adopted.  100% of proceeds from their gallery prints go to the rescue.

I believe that our love for animals is mostly born at home and sparked by the connections we develop with our beloved pets as we nurture them and make them an integral part of our lives. For this reason, I am excited to now offer pet photography services as I move forward in my photography journey.

My goal as a photographer is to capture special moments and subjects, domestic and wild, and preserve them for you…that is Suspended Nature.

Click the 'Book a Session' button on the lower right of the page to schedule a photography session for your beloved pet.  We will have a fun photography session and I will create beautiful wall art with your pet's images to adorn your walls.  In addition to this, I invite you to browse my wildlife section for images available for printing in a variety of media to decorate your home or office.

Sincerely yours,

Maria Serrano
